We didn't like that they first told us (the contact person we called and who didn't call us back with instructions after confirming the reservation) that someone would come to the property to let us into the unit, then after a new call from us they directed us to another location, Hotel Jupiter, for further instructions, we barely found the property, Gordana (from the hotel) was very helpful but they didn't give her all the information, in the end we paid her, parking is not provided but we parked on the street in an unmarked parking lot, the accommodation was once nicely decorated but time has taken its toll, the shower was leaking, the floor was dirty and had a red stain between two beds, the floor was cracked in several places, in general, it is not worth entering anymore which is a shame

Very arrogant owner. We made a reservation through booking. I waited on the spot for half an hour, called. When I found the owner, he explained to me that I should find a reception 10 minutes away. We couldn't find the reception. After 1000 km, I don't want to look for a reception in the city center. We gave up trying to accommodate.

The only thing is the early check-out, the only small complaint is that the check-in was early and not later, then it would be fine to have an early check-out. Just that it's not at 10 a.m., a few more hours would be better. Everything else is wonderful.
