The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and plenty of shops. The staff were excellent, and very friendly. The service they provide was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean too.

When we stayed the rooftop area was closed one evening for a private corporate function, which meant guests were unable to use the bar area (which is one of the hotel's nicer features). I can understand why the hotel might want to rent this space, but I was surprised to find guests were excluded from using it completely while they did so.

I was completely overcharged. For a basic room my partner and I spent over $2000 AUD. And haven’t gotten back to us to explain why we were charged so much after the fact.
