I got overcharged for valet parking another $100 charge to dispute and get back. You’d think for $400 a night the rooms would be more comfortable. Ceiling was supposed to be “aesthetic” but it just looked like you pay $400 for an unfinished ceiling where there’s spider cobwebs and dust falling on you. I have asthma so the room felt too still I mentioned it to the staff. Although very nice all that was said was “it’s aesthetic it’s supposed to be that way. Sorry to hear it bothered your asthma let us know if you need anything” overall it was alright, but respectfully I have stayed in hotels for $150 a night that are more spacious and actually look aesthetically pleasing.
