There was no fridge in the room. The “cooler” provided in the room didn’t allow for food leftovers to be saved or to chill beverages. The bathroom didn’t have a fan in it. The sliding door was difficult to open/operate.

$9 water. No amenities, they give you off brand hand soap as body wash & a bar of soap. Appalling. Couldn’t get anyone but an AI bot on the phone. They couldn’t check me in because my ID was not of my married name, as though someone with the booking on their phone, and a husband with an ID of the very unique last name was somehow trying to steal my reservation and pay for it. Because I hadn’t paid for it yet. It was beyond this front desk lady how my last name could be different than the reservation and still be mine. The incompetence is unfathomable. What a waste of money, go to any other hotel in the area but this one.
