The location is very good
Upon arrival, the room was not clean. Trash in the bathroom and on the desk. Wet, used towels were on the floor. Black long hair on the bathroom floor. Staff was very unfriendly
The check-in receptionist was incredibly customer-service oriented and very friendly, while also supportive and professional. The valet attendant was also very friendly, professional and helpful.

Access for check-in if unloading a car is very difficult. Valet parking is excessively expensive!
