The apartment was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The kitchen was well equiped and we didn’t even have to buy extra dishwasher tablets or coffe capsules during our whole stay! Comfortable beds, and generous amounts of towels for every person. The apartment is located at a calm and cozy neighbourhood and it was easy to take the public transport to any direction. Both the check in and check out went through smoothly and the host was very helpful if we had any questions! Would definetly recomend if you are visiting Innsbruck!

The bathroom door was broken, the staff took the handle out so we wouldn’t get stuck but that left us with no privacy in the bathroom. The fridge is very loud.

Some local information would have been nice as well as the ‘rules’ we were expected to follow.

Important to know: our apartment was on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Fortunately, we were all good on foot at that time. This info would have been good to know beforehand anyway. The bed was a bit too soft - we almost felt like we were in a waterbed.
