The advertised amenities were not available. Premium Xhale was money wasted. The all Inclusive cuisines for food was crazy when they served burgers and fries everyday for lunch. I came for differentiated food associated with the culture. 24 hrs room service is not true. Room amenities don't work like the TV for vanity room service and the tablet malfunctions. For 8 days we had 1 show. Premium alcohol wasn't true, rooftop for xhale is not worth it go to the 1 out of 3 swim up bars they had open.

Mini fridge was not stocked/ stocked daily despite requests. We had like 3 cans of soda in there and no beer, as it should’ve been included w/ our room - considering we had master suite. Halls outside room were very humid and smelled like cats, for some reason. Food options closed earlier than mentioned or were not open at all, such as 24/hr room service,!leaving us to starve until the next day. Only complaint is regarding the app to book events at the resort. I believe it is defective as it automatically selects an event, without your input. It booked a sip and paint/bali bed without my confirmation, and the rep at the resort said that I could not take it off but somehow was able to take off sip and paint event. Would’ve been less forgiving if I wasn’t just trying to have a problem free vacation
