Payment for parking needed to be done via the main desk, so had to queue. Self service would have been better. Lighting in the bathroom not great.

Card wasn’t working to get up in lift, staff tried to fix it but it still didn’t work! However didn’t dampen our stay

.Located in a loud/busy area - could hear trains passing by all night .Thermostat inconsistency - kept cooling down to 21°C when I wanted it to stay at 24°C
