Great location in RiNo, nice staff, beautiful details in the hotel, the idea of taking a plant as a Plantbuddy to the room is very funny!

Loud music at night from the outdoor speakers, which the staff turned off after being notified.
The breakfast in the lobby was delicious with plenty of hot coffee. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. A few others need to be trained better and try to smile. Our room was not cleaned or replenished once during our three-night stay. Had to hunt down towels and glasses. Valet guys were great. Parking prices were ridiculous. Room was comfortable but the daily rate was absurd. Rooftop was great!

I don’t like the location very much. I thought it would be closer to shops and restaurants, but we had to take an Uber most places. We walked to a couple of places, but they were good 30 min–45 min walks.

Room AC did not work, hotel tried to find another room that had better AC but seemed to be a hotel-wide issue. Some of the staff were not very friendly. Beds were lofted very strangely that made it difficult to get around the rooms. Location was in RiNo but far from the main attractions.

One of the employees was hostile, condescending and confrontational multiple times. Made my stay unpleasant and uncomfortable. I notified management and they never responded. Pull-out sofa dirty - as if no one had vacuumed under the cushions. Also, gym clock broken - forever on one o’clock
