Great location handy to the riverside bars and restaurants; nice views looking over the River Douro to the port houses. Super friendly and accommodating staff - even looked after some of our luggage while we went up the Douro Valley for a few days and returned back to Porto. Huge room, comfortable beds. Great breakfasts and nice touch with cakes and drinks available during the day for guests who where hungry!

Pillows were not the best = asked for these to be changed and despite saying this would happen it did not but a minor quibble given how good everything else was!
