The check-in went great 👍 and very friendly. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is rich. The hotel has a very good location for public transport, about a 5-minute walk to the St. Marx stop. Quiet location in a side street. Parking garage right at the hotel.

More attention could be paid to cleanliness, especially in the breakfast room.
It was a very large apartment with all the necessary comfort. Very pleasant place and not far from the metro, train, and tram. Ideal for discovering the city on a budget.

Modern designed, very large rooms, complete kitchen equipment available, breakfast is relatively extensive, good quality coffee

Cleanliness could be improved (existing Nespresso machine felt sticky, glasses, cups, dishwasher were not clean, picture on the wall very dusty), in general, a daily room cleaning without extra cost would be welcome to ensure basic cleanliness, more comfortable furniture on the terrace would be desirable, the tables at the breakfast buffet should be cleaned more frequently, they were often stained or full of crumbs
