The smile and kindness as well as the professionalism of the staff at all levels from reception to the rooftop and restaurant. The location close to the city center and just in front of the maritime station is great. The big plus is very well soundproofed, we highly recommend this establishment.

Arrived at 1am in the morning at the airport after a flight from NZ. The lovely guy at reception was so nice. We ate twice at the Rooftop restaurant and had breakfast in the café on the ground floor. Both places had excellent service and really good food!!! And coffee!!!! The location was perfect as after 3 days we were taking the ferry (across the road) to Moorea. Thanks team Kon Tiki for giving us a great stay. Suzi. Invercargill..NZ

Rooms were just too dark for my taste

There is some noise from the downstairs nightclub next door. There is only one lift servicing 8 floors including the rooftop bar and restaurant which are open to the public, made getting access up and down very slow. Also note, there are different room types in terms of bathrooms. We were expecting a normal room with an overhead shower, we ended up with only a bath and a handpiece shower nozzle which made showers quite difficult and made a lot of mess. Apart from this, it was a great stay.
