Breakfast was good and the restaurant's cleanliness on the upper floor was very good, in addition to the chef being a respectful person and his presentation of dishes was professional and the food was delicious

Everything is dirty and they don't clean up, the worst hotel on earth and the breakfast is in the hair, I mean it's disgusting, the word repentance a bit
My experience at Lilac Hotel was very excellent in all aspects, the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, the design was beautiful, the lighting was soft, and the place in general was very comfortable for staying, also the staff's behavior was classy, the service was excellent, and any request was dealt with carefully. I would like to thank Ms. Razan at the reception in particular, she was very respectful and cooperative, and she was very helpful throughout my stay, her classy behavior and attention to the guest made a big difference in the experience

Good hotel and excellent location close to all your needs and services, cleanliness is also good. The staff, both young men and women, are very cooperative and friendly, especially brother Mahmoud, as well as the restaurant chef is excellent with a varied breakfast
