Unscreened access to hotel guests and visitors though lift has fab access but people were walking into the lifts. Fifth restaurant kitchen dinner/lunch kitchen poor. Ordered chicken first night in the restaurant at around 9.30, it was undercooked, rubbery and mash was hard. Housekeeping cleaning not done properly toilet has hair everywhere, beds not made properly, just duvet was folded as part of housekeeping services. Better don’t charge housekeeping. It was cold nights and the Aircon heating wasn’t working. No flat pillow options. provided feedback at the reception with no action taken during my stay.
