Our hand soap dispenser was empty when we checked in. Messaged front desk about it & said they'd get housekeeping to fill it & never did.

Closed pool and little cleanliness
The hotel is new, the service not so much, there was no breakfast, the pool was under maintenance and the parking on the website said it was covered and it was not true

The fact that breakfast is until 10 and we went down at 9:30 and there was no breakfast, the girl told us to our face that they would not bring out more food
