The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, which allows easy access on foot to the main places of interest, restaurants, and shops. We also appreciated the gym, the possibility to leave our luggage after check-out, as well as the kindness and availability of the staff.

The main issue is the soundproofing of the rooms, which is really poor. The rooms let through almost all noises, both from outside and from neighboring rooms and corridors. We had a lot of difficulty sleeping and were woken up several times in the middle of the night because of the neighborhood noises. The interior shutters also let in a lot of light from the street at night, which doesn't help with sleeping. The room was extremely small. Cleaning is only done once every three days.
