It is a good hotel, however, there are 3 fundamental aspects that made me lower my rating. On one hand, the mattresses are terrible, they sink too much and the first night we slept very badly. When we complained, they moved us to a room with a less soft mattress, but it still sank. On the other hand, I made the reservation in advance but was informed that the hot tub area was under maintenance when the reservation could no longer be canceled, which I did not find fair. Lastly, I had informed days before arriving at the hotel that I am vegan, and on the day I checked in, I informed again, yet the next day at breakfast no one knew about it!! Despite this, I highlight the service of the staff who were always willing to solve the inconveniences with the possibilities they had. The hotel itself is nice, with good-sized rooms equipped with a kitchenette, complimentary coffee and tea, and in my case, for breakfast, they offered me nuts, avocado, cheese, cold cuts, sweet cookies, all vegan-friendly.

Excellent service, we had a problem with the heating and they immediately moved us to a superior room, the staff always attentive to the guest's needs. Very good breakfast.

Excellent choice for a stay in Punta Del Este. Great value for money with very cool entertainment options especially if you are with children. Excellent thermal pool, very well-equipped game room and activities, and an excellent breakfast with various tasty food options. The gym is great, with state-of-the-art equipment.

The people at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. In fact, we were impressed with all the staff. The amenities like the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all clean and in very good condition. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious enough. It was very nice to have a tea kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. I had an accident in the fitness room, which was my own fault, but maybe the room is too small for the amount of machines. The breakfast was really really good. We only had one bad dinner experience, but didn't have to pay for it and were offered another dinner instead. So really good customer service. We highly recommend the hotel and will be coming back.
