Great location, close to Petronas Towers and several malls. Good value for money. Staff polite and friendly. On site softplay.

Room was generally clean and tidy, however there sofa was really badly stained and the toilets smelt quite heavily of drains. Had to close the bathroom doors during the night as the smell was keeping us awake. “Kids Pool” is tiny. Softplay isn’t included in the price.
