Very good location, Rossio plaza is a great starting point for exploring Lisbon. Nice clean room, very comfortable bed, we were in the new part. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate.

No view from the window, was towards a the back and the neighbouring balcony a meter away. Not a problem for us, as it was more quiet this way.

The breakfast was good. Enough choice and I am not at my best in the morning so good to have the option to eat at the Hotel. The location was good and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. A good location and handy for transport links.

Stayed in a twin room … beds were comfortable but a bit too small.

Although I arrived late at night, the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. There was nothing lacking during my stay, and everything was perfect.

Sometimes the room cleaning crew come very late in the afternoon when you have returned from sightseeing. Might be a Portugal thing, not sure.
