The only thing was that the AC was bit noisy
Siamo arrivati in hotel (pagato 200€ per due notti perché valutato complessivamente e STRANAMENTE favoloso) e ci siamo ritrovati in un incubo. La prima camera (n. 314) era sporca, invasa dalle formiche, impregnata di un odore sgradevole e con un bagno a vista in vetro privo di ogni privacy. Chiesto il cambio, la seconda stanza (n. 4) si è rivelata persino peggiore: umidità, pavimenti sollevati, controsoffitto divelto in corridoio, un cantiere edile rumoroso proprio accanto, un letto instabile e un bagno in plexiglass talmente stretto da non potersi nemmeno fare la doccia!!! Alla nostra richiesta di pulizie straordinarie, la struttura si è giustificata dicendo che il personale non era disponibile. Impossibilitati a rimanere in condizioni simili, dopo una sola notte invivibile abbiamo dovuto abbandonare la struttura in anticipo e trovarci un altro hotel a nostre spese. Una grandissima delusione e un servizio del tutto inadeguato. Il personale che si "disculpa", poi, non è per niente dispiaciuto e collaborativo..ho richiesto il rimborso, ma ovviamente non risponde nessun direttore d'hotel. Prelevano i soldi prima..struttura da evitare senza dubbio.

Bathroom was too small. You have to get into the shower to be able to close the bathroom door. Bathroom was so small the sink was not in the bathroom.
