Parking was a bit of an issue - not straightforward and in the end we parked at the Marriot.
Beautiful room. Great view. Quiet. Comfortable and clean. Good size room. Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment. Saw 2 bedroom apartment where family were staying and they are very big. The outdoor pool is huge! Sparkling clean and plenty of seating. There are 2 pools. One on level 6 and then level 20 a smaller pool plus gym, sauna and steam room.

Parking very tricky. Couldn't find Star Residences reception. Parked in first carparking area we came to. Which was level 1. Reception is on Level 3. Asked directions and found it. Reception then said to drive out of red parking and go to yellow parking where you can access the lift from level 3 to level 5 parking to go to your room. Once we worked it out, it was fine.

I assume this is because it’s under construction, but it was a nightmare to navigate the car parks, lifts, levels, journey to get to reception. There was no prior communication to warn us of what to do upon arrival to navigate this. We wasted so many hours trying to find our way around. Signage appears logical but is not. We have injuries from carrying mountains of luggage for extended periods of time. We had one booking with two apartments and they put us in completely different towers making it near impossible for our children to spend time together, and again wasting time getting from one location to the next. The lady who checked us in was less than warm. There was one tiny mirror in our apartment. The phone to call reception had no plug and was not connected. If it wasn’t for the location we would never stay there again.

There was no aircon or ceiling fan in the bedrooms which made it difficult to sleep in the heat.
I’ve been reaching out to the hotel several times, because I need a receipt for this booking. I simply get no reply. This is extremely unprofessional.
