With a kitchen, close to the tram, the room had different conditions from the reservation and although the Japanese reservation stated two single beds, it was a double bed, so when we insisted, they made one person a sofa bed and made the room spacious. The hotel's response was very good.

Stayed for 4 nights, no towel change or cleaning, it was disappointing that there was no explanation.

The breakfast options were not very impressive, just cereal and things we didn’t care for. We had to step out for a proper English breakfast. Secondly, the bed we slept in was horrible, it kept sliding off its position and when we checked out, we realized it was two single beds put together on a smooth wooden surface. No wonder it kept sliding off. Bathroom quite small.

Right in the heart of the city and on tram and bus routes. It’s clean, comfortable and stylish. And exceptional value midweek.

When the heating came on it made funny noises. Took me a while to work out what it was. And when the person used the shower next door I had to check the taps weren’t running in my own bathroom as you could hear the water running down the pipes. Otherwise, all was very quiet.
