Staff doesn’t speak a lick of English but that’s okay, they are nice, beautiful, and helpful; Ruby was great! I can see what people mean by the importance of acquiring particular rooms, because if you get one by the balcony there will be noise pollution because the hotel is located right in the mix of things. The room I had did not have that issue though.

The restaurant next door has music on the weekend until about midnight then it goes off, then the club behind the hotel goes until about 2 am so you will hear music. Other than that, for 2 years this has been my spot with no issues, hopefully none in the future. Currently visiting once a month for 3 days the last year

This was the best hotel. I would recommend it to anyone traveling. The reception is very friendly. I love the atmosphere, it is very safe and the location is excellent.

It is a basic hotel recommended for just sleeping. Very well located near many places of interest, you can easily walk to restaurants, to the Plaza de Santo Domingo where Ross combs, to Getsemani, to the cathedral, the dock of La Bodeguita, etc. Comfortable beds, comfortable pillows, TV works well as well as the air conditioning, the minibar is also good. There is no hot water key in the shower, in the afternoons the water is warm and bearable, but in the mornings it is difficult to adapt to the cold water. The downside is that there is no elevator and you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs and I did not see any buttons for luggage assistance, at my check out a housekeeper took pity on me and helped me with a little suitcase hahaha. Overall good, I recommend it and would definitely return
