I had booked a few rooms for family and one room was not ready for two hours past the 4 pm check in time which was inconvenient. Check in time should be earlier too, 4 pm is too late.

Front desk staff at midnight was not helpful at all. My diamond status was not registered, despite emailing it ahead. No parking onsite, no valet.
