I stayed with my mother(70yo), everything was as I expected, staff were very helpful and understanding. I received full support from the staff at Patel Residency. My mother had no complains, everything she asked for was provided or taken care of, all staff were respectful. Location is perfect, enough food, shops, banks around, ample parking - and - in the middle of Karachi on shahrefaisal.
