The stay was very good, cozy and comfortable place, good cleanliness, very friendly staff, excellent location, although there was never hot water, we didn't actually need it, just for your consideration

Front staff was awesome! Room would have been noisier with a window, as the party buses go by until 3am. Earplugs made it fine for sleeping. Great location.

The facilities are very nice and the staff is very friendly, however, there were several aspects that were not good: they offer breakfast but upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that what they offer is a "complimentary" consisting of coffee, a pastry, and a juice; they offer daily cleaning service, and in the 2 days I stayed, the cleaning service was nonexistent, and finally, although I booked a room for 4 people and made a reservation for 3 adults and a baby, I was charged an extra fee for an additional person... I didn't understand this charge

Reasonable experience, room and shared bathroom without natural ventilation and lighting, needs more attention to ceiling cleaning (dust and cobwebs), in addition to noises from air conditioning units in other areas. The location is excellent for those looking for nightlife and easy access to tourist spots.
