The air conditioning broke and started dripping in the early morning, the air conditioner condenser is inside the room and, therefore, the room does not cool well, the toilet lid was broken, the sheets were stained, and the access for a guest had to be redone in the system 3 times because it was not working.

The fact that there is no place to store luggage, a luggage storage. And also not having a generator capable of supplying the entire building including the private areas of the rooms, since when I arrived there was no light in the room due to a problem with the street transformer that affected some buildings.

There is nothing I didn't like. Just a note about not having a safety screen on the balcony due to the height, it's a bit scary to get close haha
