The location of this property is great. There is a Korean restaurant downstairs, and the price is reasonable. The air-conditioning and hot water work well. We also had a balcony, with coffee supplies and tableware provided.

That said, the place feels dated. Indoor lighting is quite dim, and it appears to be converted from an apartment. Parking spots are extremely limited — we could not get a parking space on one day. In addition, the host was hard to reach; we got no responses via Booking messages or phone calls.

No lift to bedrooms on the 6th floor so had to take stairs with heavy luggage. Found stuff under the bed including a mask and a big cockroach going up the curtain!
This is our 4th year staying here. It is not fancy. But the location, room, staff, and price cannot be beat.
