Too expensive and the room cleaning service poorly organized for booking. That's why no one came to clean for 4 days.

Excellent location, close to the main train station and by the main canal. A new hotel with good amenities. Expensive, but those are common prices in Copenhagen. Very diverse breakfast. Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms for sleeping. Enough elevators so you don't wait long. I am very satisfied.

The only complaint is that the shower gel pump was not filled and the maid leaves two sets of towels if you don't specify that you need three, even though it's clear that three people are staying in the room. This certainly didn't spoil my experience, nor will I reduce the rating because of it.
