Brilliant Location, on site parking has a lift that goes straight to your room floor , very friendly staff (Honey). Nice on site restaurant. Room is very clean, stylish and modern.

Morning staff team was not as friendly and professional. Parking is very tight and narrow.

Rooms aren’t as well maintained and my aircon was broken.

The location is excellent, close to the main road and within walking distance of The waterfront, stadium, and shops.

The balcony is too small to sit, the door did not close properly, and it was drafty through the windows. The hot water is very limited, so taking a warm shower is only possible if you wake up very early. The biggest annoyance was the more than 100(!) messages via email, SMS, and WhatsApp that I received from about 10 days before arrival and during the stay! The bureaucracy of this aparthotel is suffocating!
