Strategic location, awesome facilities and amenities nearby, most of all the comfort and cleanliness of the suite. Staff are all consistently friendly and ever so helpful. The stay made our first Jakarta experience memorable, especially for my mother who is wheelchair-bound.

Excellent value for money and in a good location close to the business district. About 10-15 mins walk from the Lotte mall as well. The apartment is quite spacious with a neatly separated living room area, spacious bedroom and a full-fledged kitchen complete with utensils, microwave and a proper size fridge. Very convenient to order in food via Grab as well, the hotel has lockers where the riders can drop off the food and you can collect it anytime. This was really convenient. Their breakfast is also quite decent plus the hotel has a sports bar in front of the restaurant for some easy drinks.

The daily room cleaning on a couple of occasions did not change the towels and I could see the floor near the kitchen area was not vacuumed well. Minor things, otherwise no issues.
