There was a lack of equipment to play paddle tennis, as there are courts in the complex and they are sold as an extra, which you can't really use unless you bring your own equipment.
The complex is very large, the accommodation was really good. The location is actually very good. It is located about halfway between the sea and the city. Both are easily accessible by bike (a bit more difficult on foot).

The accommodation is in a kind of gated community. Some accommodations in this community don't look really finished or were never completed. It's not really a problem, but worth mentioning briefly.

Certainly, the apartment is located in a somewhat isolated residence from the city of Tulum (30 minutes walk) but we loved our apartment! Clearly our favorite accommodation in all of Mexico and by far! The apartment is super clean and has absolutely all the equipment to feel at home (washing machine and detergent provided!). The outdoor amenities are also exceptional: the pool is amazing, paddle tennis courts, gym... only a small grocery store was missing. In any case, we will remember this apartment where we felt at home for a long time. You won't want to leave it anymore!
