The place is clean, the staff very friendly, just take into account that on the corner there is a beach bar with a live band and it is very loud in the rooms

The location was not as expected but that is not important, the most terrible thing was the treatment upon arrival, zero friendliness, we just wanted to rest and they did not let us into the room. I was so upset that I preferred to leave the place losing my paid money, I will never return to that place nor would I ever recommend it

The whole stay was very good, comfortable and the staff always very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that when I arrived they asked me for a $500 pesos deposit that was never specified in the terms of the website. I told the receptionist that it is important to include it in the terms so that the user can take that into account.
