One of the employees at the lunch restaurant entered to have lunch and approached me to ask for the room number again and told me that my stay does not include the meal. It turned out that I had paid for my stay with 3 meals, but they did not receive the information from the reception, and I completed my stay without the meals.

Having the staff call me by name in public. I know it shows that you care about the individual customer, but what if the customer wants to remain anonymous?! I felt it was too artificial and, to be honest, a security risk.
