Cleanliness7.9
Generally clean apartments reported by many guests, but several reviews mention strong street odors and urine smells from nearby homeless people that affected the perceived cleanliness.
Service9.6
Self check-in system and host messaging worked well for most guests; hosts were responsive. One guest noted key pickup was somewhat complicated.
Location9.4
Central location praised repeatedly for proximity to attractions, restaurants and transport. Some guests noted it is in a party area and reported homeless people nearby causing safety/odor concerns.
Room Quality8.7
Rooms described as modern and well-equipped (kitchenette, washer, parking). Mixed feedback on air conditioning (some units lacked effective AC) and a few mentioned a small shower cabin.
Amenities8.9
Good amenities noted (washer, kitchen facilities, underground parking, appliances). Minor complaints about missing small kitchen items and inconsistent AC in some apartments.

The apartment is located in the old part of Budapest, yet the surroundings are very quiet. The apartment comes with its own garage, which is excellent. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary.

Közel voltak a szórakozóhelyek, szép új építésű ingatlan.

Nem volt takarítva, ár érték arányban még viszonylag drága is volt.
