The staff is very attentive and friendly. Thanks to the housekeeping manager Michael. The bed is very comfortable and the room is well-equipped.

The Staff was very helpful in allowing us to keep our same room from a 3 night booking to the additional night added at a later date.

The breakfast buffet was terrible for the cost.
When we walked in, we were given the cold shoulder by the person at the desk and sent to the bar to check in. Rude! My husband left behind a headband that has a Bluetooth speaker so he could enable white noise in his ears. This is costly, $100.+. The power was out when we checked out so he must have missed it in packing. He wrote to the hotel asking to see if it could be shipped to us. No response. He never got one word in response. Overall, poor customer service.
