The location was fantastic — close to the beach and very convenient. The rooms had a beautiful ocean view, and the air conditioning and dehumidifiers worked really well, keeping everything cool and comfortable throughout our stay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was excellent and located right by the beach. One of the most special experiences was being able to watch the turtles coming out of the sea to lay their eggs on the sand. The apartment was good and comfortable. We stayed for two separate nights, before our flights to Mexico City and later before our flight back to Europe. The air conditioning worked very well, which was very important in August. There was a basic kitchen, a small fridge, comfortable beds, a safe, and access to the room using a code. The towels were very good and soft. There is also parking available for guests with a car. The balcony was small but comfortable, with a lovely view of the pool and the sea. In August, it was also pleasant enough to have dinner on the balcony.

It was disappointing that in August we were not allowed to stay at the swimming pool after 9 p.m., as that was the closing time. After reading many negative reviews about the restaurant, we decided not to risk eating there. In fact, we rarely saw guests having dinner at the restaurant, and it was almost always empty. Food was probably our biggest difficulty. On two different days, we tried to order food delivery — once for dinner and once for lunch — but no one accepted our orders. We eventually gave up after waiting for a long time because the hotel is quite far from most restaurants. In the end, we had to manage with the OXXO store, which is only about a 3-minute walk away. Some guests used public transport from the avenue and went to the restaurant areas. The bathroom had been renovated, but unfortunately the work was not done properly. Water would leak out of the bathroom and flow all the way to the entrance hall. We had to use the pool towels to stop and dry the water; otherwise, it felt like we were going to end up swimming in our own room!
