The room was decorated nicely and aesthetic. But there was absolutely no natural light! The room looked out into construction workers and a big sky scraper.

House keeping didn’t clean the apartment properly (there was sand on the floors and the bathroom still). The house keeping left our door open when they finished cleaning, and we came back to the door open. The room smelt like cannabis and there was loud music being played from somewhere during the day. The pool had no cooling and so was boiling hot during the day. You couldn’t go in the pool to cool down from the sun.

The room was not cleaned in the 4 nights they spent, and the architect who designed the bathroom surely never went to university, because having so much space put the toilet in front of the door and blocking access to the bathroom.

Everything clean, organized the process and the employees very familiar and professional helping with their advice to make the most of our stay. The location is excellent, a few steps from the beach and surrounded by businesses that help choose the best options to discover local gastronomy. Would I repeat my stay there?.. Without a doubt, it is the place I would return to 10 out of 10.

They have a small cafeteria, I don't know if they have room service but it's something I would have liked to explore. They do not have a Spa, although they have a gym. Perhaps they could hire or coordinate to offer Spa services.

Everything. The area is nice, the hotel is clean. Loved every second we had a room with a jacuzzi and it was so nice. Staff was amazing too, very friendly
