Hotel is run down, no hot water in bathroom for entire stay even those we raised with reception - nothing done to sort it. Location is too fr out of the way. Restaurant was closed and the buffet breakfast was very average.

Lost my bag on the taxi ride in, and the doorman spent 20 minutes on the phone tracking the driver down until it was returned—that level of care is rare anywhere. Starting the day with their freshly brewed Vietnamese coffee and passion fruit on the patio set the right mood every morning. The spotless linens and quiet neighborhood make this a no-brainer for budget travelers.

Because we needed to check out early, the hotel could provide a breakfast box, which was convenient for guests. Compared to hotels in Dalat, the service awareness of Nha Trang hotels is much stronger.

Since we were staying with my parents, who are older, we needed a few things that we probably wouldn’t have asked for otherwise. The reception team handled everything with great patience and a really friendly attitude. They even helped us change to a lower floor almost immediately, which made things much easier for my parents. The room was fresh and pleasant, and we slept well without much traffic noise at night. Seafood lovers should just take a short Grab ride to the waterfront. Excellent value for the price.

They helped us with taxis and also gave us some useful suggestions about places to eat nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and had a modern feel, so we were very comfortable. The hotel isn’t right in the middle of the busy city area, which might not suit everyone. You’ll need a taxi to reach some of the main attractions, but for us, that was actually a nice change. The surroundings were quiet, and we slept really well.
