A cozy, clean, and welcoming hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The location is excellent—close to everything you need, while still offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. There is also a lovely park directly in front of the hotel, which was perfect for the kids. They really enjoyed playing there. The breakfast was delicious, and the lady serving in the kitchen was exceptionally nice, friendly, and attentive. The reception team was also incredibly welcoming and supportive. They went above and beyond to help me arrange a nice vehicle for my trip to Gabala and took care of all the details very professionally, which made everything so easy and comfortable. I would strongly recommend this hotel, especially for families. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again on our future trips to Baku. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience!

It shows signs of aging, especially in the bathrooms where there is water pooling, damage to the faucet's nozzle, leakage, and a sign indicating the need to close the faucet

The place is beautiful, the room is spacious, the bathroom has a bidet shower, everything is clean and tidy, you have a bed, a sofa, and a small kitchen with everything in it, a microwave, a fridge, and a dining table for one person, and a TV. Everything is nice, honestly

There are no facilities for children all the time, the reception, rooms, and restaurant under breakfast are not distinctive, small, and the quantity is very limited. Their breakfast starts at 8, but there are people with trips who should start at 7 for breakfast

Very cozy and convenient! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and cooperative throughout our stay. They responded to all my WhatsApp messages quickly before we arrived, arranged an airport driver for us, and made everything so easy. Although the official check-in time is 2:00 PM, they kindly let us check in earlier because our flight landed ahead of schedule. They took care of everything without us even having to ask twice, and we truly appreciated their kindness. We stayed for two nights, and everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the amazing staff: Ayten, Mirza, Youmidin, Nyla, and Rada. You all made our stay so enjoyable with your kindness and excellent service. Thank you for everything! We would definitely love to come back.
