We were at WunderLocke for the first time in 2022 when the hotel was still new, and had a very positive experience back then. The team was extremely helpful. Also in 2023, we were very satisfied. Unfortunately, our stay this year was a big disappointment. The room was not clean, and there seemed to be major communication issues regarding our extension. I extended the stay for the second night via Booking, but apparently the staff was unaware of it. Our personal belongings were apparently moved and placed on the floor. Also, the used towels were removed without new ones being provided. Even the breakfast was very disappointing this time, and the selection was extremely poor. Asking for 20 € for such a mediocre breakfast, we find completely inappropriate. It's especially a pity because we actually liked WunderLocke due to our positive experiences in previous years. However, after this stay, we will probably not return.

The family room is on a loft, the kids slept upstairs but the ceiling height at 1 meter and 10 makes it impractical for us adults.
