Central location and handy for restaurants, bars and attractions. In addition reception staff were extremely helpful in providing useful information to help navigate the city and environs. Breakfasts were excellent. Room housekeeping was daily and first class during our week long stay.

Absolutely everything! Above all, the staff is very helpful, smiling, and able to arrange almost everything (even when you don't know you need something). I am very grateful to them. Delicious breakfasts, beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable room. The hotel is located close to everything (bus stop and major attractions such as St. Stephen's Basilica or the Parliament), which is very convenient.

The length of our stay - we were there too short

The bathroom of the suite has no ventilation and is sometimes smelly, I found the pillows uncomfortable, the sheets are changed every 3 nights. Room service was not available.
