The location was great and close to many restaurants and the center of Punda. A peaceful and safe walk. The room, although small, was comfortable. It had a good bed and good pillows, everything was clean. Air conditioning working perfectly. It had a coffee maker and a lovely pink minibar! The decoration was very cute. The bathroom was spacious, good shower, well-lit, and with outlets. It has a balcony that is not private, but has a beautiful view of the sea. The reception staff at both establishments are extremely kind and helpful. They are not at the reception 24 hours, but they respond quickly on WhatsApp. I was very well attended when needed. If you need drinks or snacks, you can order through the link sent, and it is really convenient. The area is very safe and has great restaurant options.

The hotel address is not on the 'main' street. The taxi dropped me off and I had to walk with heavy suitcases to the other hotel that had a sea view. I had a major issue with a tour transfer because of this address confusion. The sea itself is just to look at and to have good nights of sleep with the sound of the waves. I do not recommend anyone to swim, as it is extremely violent and not suitable for swimming. So, it is a hotel only with a view and does not have a sea suitable for bathing. As I stayed in the room on the upper floor, there are stairs, and luckily the young man helped me carry the 23kg suitcase upstairs. I recommend paying attention to this when booking. There is no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom, and it was quite high. You couldn't see your whole body.

Everything was great! The staff were extremely accommodating and super nice. The location is perfect, and we loved watching the sunset on the private beach. Great value for money, would definitely return.

Lack of shower curtains/a door meant the bathroom got super wet and took a long time to dry since there are no windows in the room we booked. Would also note the room we got had no door on the bathroom so keep that in mind if you're sharing with someone you're not super close with

I liked the location, the room, the staff was very nice. They answered messages very quickly. I requested a quiet room, but there was an issue with the AC in that room, and they had to move me to the only available room that was not quiet at all. However, fortunately, they allowed me to have a late check-out at no cost.

The room next to the bar is not recommended if you want a quiet room.

No closet in the room - so we haven't been able to unpack our stuff out of the suitcase. No proper table.
