Exemplary service - if you need something, you can request it via WhatsApp. At the reception on the first floor, you can get extra towels, laundry capsules, and other necessary items. There is a quite steep narrow staircase leading to the second floor. Only one door leaf opens at the entrance. It's not very convenient to enter with a suitcase through it and then climb the stairs to the second floor. I don't lower the rating for this, but it may be important to someone, so I'm drawing attention to it.
