Lack of respect towards the customer, they made me wait for more than a week for the refund of my money since out of the 3 nights I reserved, I only stayed 1. At the time of check-out, the excuse was that they didn't have cash at that moment at the Reception, they made me send a WhatsApp and still took 12 days to return my money.
