Generally praised across reviews for cleanliness and upkeep; one guest noted the infinity pool felt unchilled/dirty on a visit, but room and hotel cleanliness was repeatedly complimented.
Service9.9
Outstanding service repeatedly cited (named staff praised, helpful bell/valet teams, attentive spa and pool staff). Multiple reviews highlight friendly, attentive personnel and fast request fulfilment.

Excellent location noted several times (beachfront/Arabian Gulf views, close to restaurants); location and views are clear strengths in guest comments.
Room Quality9.6
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and modern with floor-to-ceiling windows and memorable views; multiple guests remark on room size and comfort.
Amenities10.0
Very strong amenities highlighted: multiple pools (notably the Infinity pool on the 77th floor), spa, club facilities and stylish design. Pools and spa repeatedly listed as primary attractions.
Value for Money7.8
Mixed/negative sentiment on value: some guests feel it is overpriced or only worth a short stay for the pool; one guest mentioned additional charges beyond the booking.
