Wait staff at breakfast were terrible. Seated right next to another couple in an otherwise empty restaurant and not served for half an hour

The bed is 2 mattresses not just 1 big mattress
Staff were genuinely pleasant, helpful and professional. The main new building is well designed with great views and the historical sections are beautifully restored and decorated, the pool is amazing. Parking is easy and reasonably priced. Tram just across the road straight to the city.
