From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed with the hotel. My room was fantastic, and the housekeeping and janitorial teams did an excellent job keeping everything clean and well maintained. I loved the building, décor, style, and overall atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and I didn’t experience a single issue during my stay. The front desk and 24-hour door staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and welcoming. They were always willing to assist and provided great recommendations that made my visit even better. I was especially impressed with how technologically advanced the hotel was. I absolutely loved the tech keypad and the ability to control different features in the room—it added such a convenient and modern touch to the experience. The location of the hotel is great! The metro (Line 2) is just around the corner and you can quickly reach Downtown, there is also a mall with various shops (supermarket, drugstore, etc.). The hotel is also not far from Church Street, where you can find many opportunities to eat well and inexpensively. I also found the opening hours of the gym (open 24 hours) and the indoor pool (until 11 p.m.) great, as many hotels close everything at 10 p.m. Everything was very clean, appealing, and modern. The staff was extremely friendly! We felt very comfortable and would definitely check in there again!

We were four in the room (2 adults, 2 children) and had towels for 2 people, which was not a problem for our short stay. I found it a bit strange that the beds were made and all the towels were taken away but no fresh ones were left. Upon request, towels for only 2 people were placed back in the room. It wasn't an issue for us and if we needed more, we would have certainly received them. I just found it strange. Nevertheless, I would book there again immediately!
