Room extremely dark and small. I would not recommend 703. The standards are smaller, on the website you can see ones with large windows and enough space, however, we had a very small room, not even the armchair shown in the corner on the photos (last of the photos, I believe) fit. Also, it was extremely dark, we would have liked more light at least. Since we were only there for two days and the weather was very good, it somehow worked out.
