The location was great, since we were at walking distance from the French Quarter, but at the same time, away from the noise and bustle. Having a gated parking area was also good!

Front desk staff was rude or not even there to address any issues. I have never stayed at a Hilton property that only gives housekeeping every other day. And given that this is New Orleans at a big party weekend, if you sleep past noon on that one day you might get service. You miss it. Front desks answer was if you want towels or coffee or anything come down four floors to the desk

Area is a little sketchy. Paying$46 a night for parking is a joke. I would have probably stayed somewhere else! Wasn’t revealed when booking.
